Day 1, 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels

I have a plan for the next 30 days. I am challenging myself to complete the 30 shred video by Jillian Michaels. I started level 1 today and I plan on continuing 6 days a week and yoga on Sundays. This is my current plan for my health and fitness. Good night all! 6 am gonna do the shred.
